We started in 2012 with a conviction that Ecommerce and social commerce are only possible with logistics. We followed through with a simple goal: remove the conventional hassles associated with last-mile deliveries and make logistics easy for individuals and corporates anywhere, anytime.

Since our first shipment in 2012, GIGL has expanded in leaps and bounds, connecting African vendors to global buyers and sellers by introducing its simplified “overseas shipping services” across several continents.

At GIGL, we pour our hearts into every detail, from packaging to handling and eventual delivery to end users. Our agility, commitment to service excellence and data-centric approach help us provide our customers with lasting solutions to critical logistic challenges. GIGL is committed to maintaining and improving quality and information security processes by adopting an integrated management system. This provides a framework for integration of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The company defines our core values for Integrated Management System as follows:

To Ensure Compliance with GIGL's Customer, Contractual, Regulatory, codes of practice, Legal requirements, and all other requirements applicable to our activities, and reduce information security related regulatory sanctions/penalties.

This policy statement is communicated to all employees and persons working for or on behalf of the company and will be made available to the public, stakeholders and any other interested parties on request
